Banff Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand up, striking style of martial art that is similar to boxing but with kicking as well as punching. The goal of a kickboxing match is to end the fight by getting your opponent to hit the ground. In addition to sport, kickboxing is practiced in Banff for a combination of training purposes including self-defence, fitness and even dance. A number of Banff gyms and martial arts clubs will offer classes from beginner to intermediate levels. It’s definitely a fun form of martial art that will get you in shape!
