The Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies houses the world’s largest collection of Canadian Rockies art, photography and literature. Kids are special guests at the Whyte Museum, as there are free Museo Funatic Packs that have activities to help kids 5-12 explore the museum.
There is a special exhibit that tells the story of Peter and Catharine Whyte and their mission in the art world. The museum also has a gift shop. It is open daily from 10am – 5pm and can be found at the address of 111 Bear Street.
